Facing the issue on portal level after raising the ticket

Hi All,

 

I am new to ServiceNow and need help with an issue related to portal level.

"There are two fields, Category (type: Select box) and Location (a Reference field from the location table), on the incident form in ServiceNow. The Category field should populate based on the selected Location, and this functionality works fine in the desktop view but not in the portal view. Additionally, after raising a ticket, I am seeing extra fields unrelated to the specified Location." 

How can I resolve this issue?
