Having a requirement that,
we are trying to run a report on the approval table to get the approval status which are waiting for approval and awaiting for info.
we are getting the proper result for waiting for approval ritms, but when we are getting the data on the awaiting for info data, we are facing the issue.
in the data the list of ritms are coming up along with the list of ritms which are rejected.
why because, sample example - if a ritm having two approvals (two users in a group) one approval moved to awaiting for info and the other one moved to rejected. Here the approval active status is not move to false.
and when we run the report we don't have an option/condition to check the active status of the RITM.
Hope i explained the scenario that we are having.
