how to make background colour fully yellow for field of private comments in activity log

This is not working as expected in Utah version

Hi @Burra Mounika ,

 In every version field styles aren’t applied to comments and work notes fields used with the activity formatter. We can't change whole background as yellow but we can change the indicator color.

before in San Diego when we add private comments in activity log it was like below attached image.background colour is fully yellowed.

But now after upgrading to Utah.It is like below attached image.

Now i need fully yellow colour for background.Is that possible?Please help me figuring out in this.
