how to make background colour fully yellow for field of private comments in activity log

By the look of the cards, I'm guessing you're using Agent workspace and I've tested this in my PDI instance, which is still showing the yellow background after the Utah upgrade. Also had a quick look in UI builder to see if there was any clear setting for this, but couldn't see anything.

 

Have you made any customisations for Agent workspace?

yes, the image i attached was HR agent workspace.i did not made any customisations for workspace.

You mean you can see fully yellow background after the utah upgrade?

 

 

Yep, I can see it within the HR agent Workspace on my company's instance which is also on Utah. I would recommend logging a support case with ServiceNow.
