How to return only catalog items in search results of employee center

Hi,

 

Currently when searching with any text in search block of ESC center, catalog items, knowledge articles, etc.,  are returned as results. I need only catalog items to be returned as results. Can anyone help in achieving this?

Hi @Sharan Ellendul ,

 

Navigate to esc portal and open it.

Go to related list "Search Sources", Click on edit and select catalog.

Yes, it will work for AI Search as well as search source for both are same.
