I need request number and item name only on my request widget on portal. Is there any way to remove request_by field from my request widget.

First of all, which portal are you referring to? Service Portal (/sp), Employee Service Center (/esc) or any other portal? And which page in that portal? A screenshot would also be very helpful in this case.

it’s a employee service center  . I want to remove the request_for name for example in screenshot I want remove Nisha Mishra from there

Hi  @Nisha Mishra23 

• Go to: All > Service Catalog > Catalog Administration > My Request Filter.
• Apply a quick filter by selecting 'Service Portal' in the "Applies to" field. Then, right-click and select "Show Matching."
• Open the table where requests are stored.
• Remove 'Assigned to' from the list of selected fields, click the lock icon to secure the change, and then click Save.
• Check your ESC portal: Open "My Request" to ensure the changes are reflected.
