Hello everyone,
I have set up an Incident Deflector for a generic Incident generator form, have configured the AI, found the widget and altered the css to tweak the output more in the direction of the company scheme but have been asked to alter the text on the button for catalog items from "Order" to "Request". I cannot directly find details of this button, whether it is a series of images that would need to be replaced or simply overridden with alternate text.
Is anyone able to provide any guidance or insight in this regard please ?
