Is it possible to relate knowledge articles to catalog items

When you relate catalog items (sc_cat_item) to knowledge articles (kb_article) it causes a box titled "Related Items" to appear with a link to the catalog item to appear (as shown in the attached screenshot). I'm curious if it's possible to relate knowledge articles (kb_article) to catalog items (sc_cat_item) so that they're visible on form's page (as shown in the attached screenshot).

Please add the knowledge article to the Related Articles related list on the catalog item.

Once added, the article will be displayed on the portal, as shown below.
