Knowledge articles are not suggested in esc

Knowledge articles used to appear in the search results, but no longer do.

Not only that, the catalog does not even show up!

What can I do to resolve this issue?

I have already set up the following:

- Designate IT Knowledge Base  for esc

- Specify categories in Knowledge Articles

- Regenerate Text Index

Hi @Saeka ,

Is AI Search enabled for the esc portal?

If yes, we have to setup the same.

I verified that AI Search is enabled and followed the procedure to ensure that the Knowledge matches the condition of the Search Sources.

However, it still does not appear in the search results.

Have u added connected contents (knowledge articles) to any of the topic which is added to the taxonomy of the portal?

Yes, I have already added and knowledge articles were displayed in Browse IT.
