Using a Zurich instance, I've committed the 2.1.1 update set and attempted the Configure an Instance - Theme Builder lab several times but it does not return the created and published theme . I've logged out and back in but still the same. Does anyone have any suggestions or knows how can I get assistance. Thank you.

I passed that lab long time ago so I don't remember all the details but if you are not seeing the theme that you are supposed to see, then you can follow these steps:
And eventually to check if you are using the correct user (e.g. Sys Admin x Platform User)..

Hi @cōdelily
You need to choose a scope other than “blank” before the theme can be applied.
If this is correctly selected , in that case try once in incognito/inprivate browser.
If still not working , raise a case to Now learning support within ServiceNow support.
