Make user job role as hyperlink to view more details of the job role in employee center portal

Hello all,

If you click profile on employee center, it will open up the employee details such as company, title, department, location and bio. I need to make the title (job position of the user) as a hyperlink so that when I click, it open and show the details of the job role.

Can someone please help me achieve this?
