Modifying the popular topic widget icons?

I'm trying to figure out how to change the default image for a topic in the Popular Topics widget on the main home screen.  I have gone into the Topic Taxonomy menu and the child topics are displaying the updated icon, however the main parent topics are not - see attached image. 

Does anyone know how to update those icons?

You need to rescan Topics.

@HagosT This has no relation to the Taxonomy for an Employee Center. 

That function is for Hermes Messaging service 🙂

I have found the solution: as mentioned above by Clara, you have log out and in again for the updated Topic image to show up correctly in the popular Topic widget

First check if you are updating the icon of the right topic in the right taxonomy of the portal, you can check if it's the right taxonomy in the table of the portal related list, and then check if your icon has the size of 112* 112  and last you need to logout and login it should appear.
