I have installed the 'service portal analytics' plugin and have enabled tracking as specified in step 11 of 'Migrate to Employee Center from Service Portal' steps and the 'Employee Center Academy: User Experience Analytics' youtube video.
When I go to the user experience analytics dashboard in the filter navigator it opens a blank tab.
It is the same on my PDI. Does anyone know what I'm missing?

Hi Rob,
It turned out to be an ad blocker that was blocking it. I added the URL as a trusted sited and then it worked.
Hope this works for you!

Hey Alice,
Not sure if these are going to be the same steps as shown in the Migrate to EC docs, but I used this to enable the User Experience Analytics for our portal and it worked just fine.
User Experience Analytics for Service Portal
From there, it also has Request User Experience Analytics for Service Portal
Followed by Create User Experience Analytics settings
Maybe there is a step missed from the other SN Docs compared to these...?
Just in case they are not the same as the Migrate docs, I would check these out to see if there was a missed step.
Thanks,
-Rob

Hi Rob,
I've doubled checked all the steps and I can't see why it won't work.
Thanks,
Alice

Hi Rob,
Do you have any other analytics plugin installed?
I've tried to install the ones listed in the Activate Content Analytics product docs page.
- Content Analytics [com.sn_content_analytics]
- Content Delivery [com.sn_content_delivery] with demo data.
- Content Automation [com.sn_content_automation] with demo data.
I can't find content delivery or content automation in the store.

Hey Alice,
I am almost wondering if you might need to run a repair on the plugin(s). I main one I installed was the Service Portal Analytics - and from there I had the option to create the analytics from the portal I am using (which now of course says View rather than Create:
The Service Portal Analytic Plugin should do most of if not all the work to get you to what you need.
But - sometimes a repair might need to be done.
Keep me posted on what you end up doing (if you decide to try a repair). But again, I installed the Service Portal Analytic one and was good to go.
