My user experience analytics dashboard opens a blank tab?

I have installed the 'service portal analytics' plugin and have enabled tracking as specified in step 11 of  'Migrate to Employee Center from Service Portal' steps and the 'Employee Center Academy: User Experience Analytics' youtube video.

When I go to the user experience analytics dashboard in the filter navigator it opens a blank tab.  

It is the same on my PDI. Does anyone know what I'm missing?

Hi Rob,

 

It turned out to be an ad blocker that was blocking it. I added the URL as a trusted sited and then it worked.

Oh wow - That is a first for me hearing about an ad-blocker was blocking your portal. But, there is a first for everything in life. haha

Glad you got to figure it out - I would say to just mark your own answer as the correct answer for your post, that way it closes it out.
