when a user ends the conversation on Chat bot from portal we have configured a survey with 3 questions
Now i want to have few configuration as below:
1. when user skips the first question then we dont want to create a record in asmt_metric_result table ( as of now it will still create a record even if the user skip the question)
2. If the user doesnt answer the 1st question for 15 min then i need to close the chat survey.\
can anyone please help me
