Hi Team,

while installing case and knowledge management in plugins one of the 5 attachments did not installed. i.e

Human resources scoped app: Data migration. how that can be resolved?

can anyone help me in this process?

as Alex mentioned, this Human Resource Core Data Migration app cannot be installed in PDI. (It is restricted and can only be installed in Client instances).

You can try in your sandbox instance by taking prior permission from your team.

The app download/installation might have failed in between. You can Install that app separately. Search for the app name and install it.

@Ravi Chandra_K even after installing it separately its showing the same like failed to download.

Hi, i had a similar issue. I think it has to do with the PDI instance.. what is allowed to install and what not.
