The search function in the Employee Service Center (ESC) portal doesn't display suggested responses as our service portal does. For instance, when I type "service" in the search bar on our service portal, it provides suggestions for all related catalog items and knowledge base articles. However, in the Employee Center, these suggestions are not shown.

Hello @Rajendar3 ,
By default, Employee Center uses AI Search through which your ask might not be possible. One way to achieve this is to Deactivate the Enable AI Search and pull in all the Search Sources Related list content that the old portal contains.
Note: Make sure the value of sys_property : glide.service_portal.search_as_you_type_behavior is 'typeahead'
Clear all your cookies/login in as a guest mode to observe the reflected changes.
