Show Message Activity on Request Summary Page similar to incident & ritms  standard ticket in the ESC portal.

Hi @BramaP ,

I tried your problem in my PDI and it works for me please check below screen shot

Navigate to All> Service Portal > Pages and search for id = order_status

Open record, create a new container, new row, new column and add widget in widget instance - Ticket Conversation

This is widget instance add your widget here

Result
