Sources box(right side ) , Please provide the steps on how to configure it to show that box.

The Sources box is OOB , but if you don’t see it, the page may not contain the widget by default.
You can check it by doing the following:
Go to Service Portal Configuration and click on Designer.
In the search bar, type the page ID you want to check, for example: sw_search .
Open the page from the results.
If it’s missing, you can add the widget manually to the container you want, then Save & Publish.
