Version control button is not displaying in one of the knowledge articles. Why?

Hi @iqbalasingh ,

Do you mean the Version field or do you have a custom button.

Can you elaborate a bit with screenshot to give you a better suggestion.

It is version field, and it is displaying now. However, specific version is not getting selected from service portal. 

Below is the screenshot and example:

Example: If I want to select the old version from service portal, I am not able to select the old version. Why?

I am able to select the old version by navigating to native UI and marking the old version as current from native ui.
