Walk up experience new field need to add in Service Portal under reason for visiting

Hi All, 

I have requirement to Add a new field under a field ' What is your reason  for visiting? '  in Walk up experience. 

Any suggestions or worked on similar issue earlier.

To clarify, are you needing to add another field on the form to display to the user; or are you wanting to add another choice to the "What is your reason for visiting?" question/field?

I want to add a new field and not a choice to existing field.

Any suggestion would be appreciated that how can I add a new field there.

I want to add new field on the walkup appointment form on portal.

Not sure from where and how I can add a new field
