What is required to enable "Digital Integration Request" form?

I'm currently using the digital integration module to capture digital integrations,
I noticed that there are the following lists
- Digital interfaces
- Digital Integrations
- Digital integration requests 🔍
I am considering using the Digital Integration requests to enable other teams to request an update to the digital integrations and then my team approves the integrations.
What steps are required to make this possible?

Under the Nav menu for Enterprise Architecture or Application Portfolio Management depending on your version, you will find a section called Business Application Lifecycle. There should be a link in there called Business Application Catalog. Click that and it takes you to the EA(APM) Business App request Category in service portal. You will probably have to do some configuration in Service Portal (work with your Service Portal team) to add the Business Application lifecycle or at least add the request to wherever appropriate in your service portal. The screenshot below shows the catalog item as it is in a plain ootb system.

Your end user / employee community should use the catalog item "Request a Digital Integration" catalog item (see your other post) which generates items in the Digital Integration Request table. Members of the "Enterprise Architecture group" will be notified to give their approval, which results in a Digital integration-Digital Interface configuration. Consider the Digital Integration Request table as a staging table and nobody is suppose to write directly in it.
For your experts, solution and enterprise architects, use Enterprise Architecture Workspace, go to Portfolio and the Digital Interface and Digital Integration objects are available. Note: the Digital Integration Requests are not part of the OOTB lists in Enterprise Architecture Workspace.
To create a new Digital Integration, you have two options:
New: provides you the full form that can be used by your experts. Recommended to use this form.
New (easy form): is a simplified form, similar as the Catalog item and the Ui Page we had in Core UI. When using this form, it's suggested to build an own logic to review the completeness of the data provided. As this was our former "New", we left it for the customers used to it, but we encourage you to use the new New UI Action.
To create a new Digital Interface, use Enterprise Architecture Workspace, go to Portfolio, Digital interfaces and click the New button.
