Hello,
I have the sn_apm_tco_list table filled with records, but in the Portofolio TCO dashboard there is still no TCO score shown. Do I have to run any schedule job or something similar in order to have a TCO score?
I have multiple records per business application.
Also, is it possible to see data in the TCO dashboard across the entire year, not only the two quarters that passed?
Thank you for any information!

Hi @NicoletaC - As long as data in this table - sn_apm_tco.list and filter are applied properly, you can see the costs. check the data source and filter applied. Looks like FY filter may have causing this issue or clear all filter once and try
These values are manually entered by me!

Hi Nicoleta,
you need to run the Indicator generation. In APM, Indicators are generated from data soruces. in this case, the data is you TCO data. You can do this several ways.
- To regenerate just the indicator scores, go to All > Application Portfolio Management > Administration > Application Indicators and open the Portfolio TCO indicator.
- In the top left, click the hamburger menu and select Regenerate Indicator Scores and be sure to choose a fiscal period that matches you fiscal periods in your TCO data.
- this method only regenerates the indicator scores but does not regenerate the overall Application Score.
- In the top left, click the hamburger menu and select Regenerate Indicator Scores and be sure to choose a fiscal period that matches you fiscal periods in your TCO data.
- To regenerate the Application Score plus the indicators, go to the Scoring Profiles list in Administration and open the Scoring Profile you are using for your Business Applications. Be sure the Portfolio TCO indicator is listed as one of the profile's Indicators.
- Click the Regenerate Scores button again selecting a fiscal period matching your tco data.
- Click the Regenerate Scores button again selecting a fiscal period matching your tco data.
- Finally, you may wish to enable and schedule the Load Application Indicators and Compute Application Scores scheduled job. I will not however generate scores for past fiscal periods, only those moving forward. You can find this job by using APM's Guided Setup or simply have your admin locate in System Definition > Scheduled Jobs.
Hope this helps,
Mark
