I have a problem with the display of the dispatcher that I created, why does the display on the calendar for the task look like this? Does anyone know how to set it?

Are you referring to the lines before and after the WOT? They represent travel times; the first line is the time spent from the agent’s location, and the second is the time from the WOT location to the agent’s point of origin. Their display can be disabled in the dispatcher settings.

refer to: Viewing an agent's calendar
A horizontal line that appears on the left side of a task can indicate either of the following information:
- Estimated travel start time that includes Estimated onsite arrival buffer duration
- Actual travel start time
- Scheduled work start time
- Actual work start time
Right side = travel time to home location or end of day location (if territory mgmt plugin enabled)
