ファイルダウンロードができない

ServiceNowのPlatform Implementation On demand[日本語]を受講中なのですが、途中途中で実施するMy Instanceの中で指定リンクのファイルをダウンロードして、それを使って研修を進めるタイプのものがあるのですが、リンクをクリックしてもダウンロードが始まらず困っています。

最初問題の発生したブラウザはEdgeで、その後Chromeも試しましたがダメでした。

Windows10 PCより実施してダメだったので、自分の手持ちのIphoneでも試してみましたが、同じくダウンロードが始まりません。

同じ会社内に同じ研修を実施している人に聞いてみましたが、そちらは問題ないようです。

ここまでで推測すると、私のアカウントの問題のような気がするのですが、同様な問題を経験して、既に解決している方がおられましたら、アドバイスを頂きたく。

Titile:Can't download files

I am taking ServiceNow's Platform Implementation On demand [Japanese], and during the course there is a part in the My Instance where I download a file from a specified link and use it to proceed with the training, but when I click the link the download doesn't start, and I'm having trouble.

The problem first occurred with Edge, and then I tried Chrome, but it didn't work either.

I tried it on a Windows 10 PC and it didn't work, so I tried it on my own iPhone, but the download didn't start either.

I asked someone at the same company who is taking the same training, and they seem to be fine with it.

From what I've seen so far, it seems like it might be a problem with my account, but if anyone has experienced a similar problem and already solved it, I'd like some advice.

try raising a case from your now learning portal.
