To gain the most value from your ServiceNow investment, consider auditing and optimizing your existing processes as part of your implementation planning and design by using process guides in Now Create.
What is Now Create?
We offer process guides with suggested process flows and details for processes that will be managed by the Now Platform. You can use the process design, scoping, and pre-implementation guides as a starting point to evaluate your processes, then make adjustments based on your business requirements and best practices.
If you choose to do a design workshop, a business process expert can lead a discussion to examine the current-state process flows, process design guide, and business requirements to make recommendations to improve a process’s efficiency, effectiveness, and the value you are getting from the Now Platform.
To get started:
- Identify the process design or other guide recommended for the risk processes involved in your ServiceNow product implementation.
- Identify the business process owners who can provide details for current processes and make decisions about process change and scope, if needed.
- Arrange a workshop to determine the to-be process and configuration requirements for your ServiceNow GRC product.
You can find process guides as well as scoping, pre-implementation, and workshop guides for ServiceNow’s GRC and ESG products in Now Create, using the links below.
