Attestation form via portal ot displaying section details

We are developing an attestation form on Vancouver which shall be used through the Portal.

I have come across two issues which I find strange:

1. We would like to display additional text to questions or an explanation related to a category.

When I add text to the details section of questions and categories, only the details section for questions is displayed. If I view the same via the backend the text is displayed as expected. Is this per design or is it a defect?

2. When I use a date field on the form it often provides an error message. When a form is saved and then restarted the date format seems incorrect and therefore gives an error. On the backend this is not the case.

Is there perhaps a correlation between browser settings and the date format for the user? Does anyone have a workaround for this?

How do you add additional text? Are you using the Annotations feature?

Hi Slava,

I'm not familiar with the annotations feature, do you have a link to info on this?

If you view the metric-type image you'll see an area for filling in details of the Category.

I would expect this to work similar to questions whereby the text is presented on the screen.

Unfortunately accessing the form through the portal this is not the case. Details for questions are displayed, for categories not.

Any tips appreciated.
