Hi all, can anyone share how to find the 'GRC: taxonomy management' plugin? In https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/xanadu-governance-risk-compliance/page/product/grc-common/concept... it states the plugin name but I can't find it in my PDI.

The taxonomy management link in this page also not working https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/tokyo-paris-df3/page/release-notes/rn-combined/tokyo-paris/tokyo-...

Any help is appreciated!

Thanks!

Hi @AnnaEPS ,

Taxonomy management for GRC is something which is legacy now, i don't think it's being supported as more. As when we name taxonomy it's all related to Employee center taxonomies now.

We don't have any plugin called "GRC: taxonomy management" neither in Application Manager nor in ServiceNow Store.

Docs needs to be updated by ServiceNow.

Why do you ask? I would love to understand what you are attempting to do.

I believe this is installed via dependency, and would not say it is legacy or deprecated as the latest version I see on one of my instances is 19.0.1 (aligned to latest GRC).

Your 2nd URL link is pointing to Tokyo which probably would be considered legacy.

This is not related to ESC taxonomies.

The description is: Improve filtering, automation, and streamline processes with better content classification

I don't have much experience on this particular application , I think it may be part of something like CAM. Hence I am curious as to your reason for asking, if you have a particular use case that you think would benefit from this application.
