Couldn't create / connect existing document from OneDrive to ServiceNow - Policy and O365 integration

Currently I am working on the GRC feature 'Policy authoring and redlining in Compliance Workspace' which requires O365 integration.

I have completed the below steps so far

Have integration Hub entitlements

Installed Compliance Workspace

Installed Microsoft oneDrive spoke

Registered an application in O365 and configured the required permission ( including Microsoft Graph - Files.ReadWrite.All )

Connection and credential alias set up is done (  used Client ID and Secret for authentication from ServiceNow and the Create OAuth token related link is working)

Configured the GRC property 'Select a file sharing service to host documents and attachments' as 'OneDrive'

Still I am unable to use the options 'Create Document' and 'Connect existing' under 'Enable word editing' below Policy text tab in the compliance workspace UI.

Am I missing something?

Also would like to clarify the below

The roles 'mp_document_user' , 'mp_document_admin' mentioned as pre requisites comes OOB ?

I couldnt find the property ' Default folder path where documents and attachments will be located. You can organize files in subfolders within this path' under GRC properties.
