Hi ServiceNow Community,
I have been encountering a peculiar issue for the past week while trying to install GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) related plugins in ServiceNow. The main plugins required for GRC functionalities are not appearing in the list of available plugins. Interestingly, the dependency plugins for GRC are visible and can be accessed without any issues.
This situation has left me puzzled and unable to proceed with the necessary installations for GRC. I am wondering if this is a known issue, possibly related to the Xanadu release, or if there might be another underlying cause that I'm not aware of.
Has anyone else faced a similar problem, or does anyone have insights into what might be causing this issue? Any guidance or suggestions on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

I appreciate your response. The reason I mentioned "usually" is not because I have to do this every time I upgrade, but because I encountered an issue where my installed plugins in Xanadu disappeared. I tried to understand the issue but found no clue, so I moved back to the Washington version and reinstalled all the plugins, and now I am making use of them. The reason for raising this question in the community is that I was not able to see the plugins I required on the list. However, my issue has now been resolved, and I thank you for that.

Hello @SaiManaswiA ,
Yes, I also recently landed into the situation, this is the known error in Xanadu. You need to wait for some time or more than 24 hrs. Put your plugin on installation and wait till it gets completed. Then try to access all the associated modules after 24 hrs of installation.

Thanks for the response, but my question is not about the time its taking but it's about the plugins are not showing on the list even.
I am unable to view the plugins related to GRC, specifically:
- Policy & Compliance Management
- Risk Management
- Audit Management

This issue I am facing is only on Xanadu version when I am checking the same in Washington version its working perfectly.
As I also checked with few more people as they too facing the same issue in Xanadu version.

Apologies in advance if this doesn't help, but I'll throw it out there in case it does ...
In ServiceNow there's no 'GRC' application as such. Rather there is the Vulnerability Response application, the Security Incident Response application, and several others.
My point is, if you search 'grc' within the Application Manager in Xanadu, you won't necessarily find "the main plugins required for GRC functionalities," as you put it, because they don't all have 'GRC' in their names. It's better to check the docs for the names of the modules you want to install, and go from there.
Again, apologies if I'm telling you something you already know.
