How to Access to All Users' Advanced Risk Assessments

Hi All,

Currently, advanced risk assessments are assigned to individual users. Is there a specific role or permission that would grant me access to take all users' risk assessments? If not, what additional steps should I take to gain access to everyone's assessments?

Assessor group is the Group that is responsible for assessing the risk. This field appears only when Specify groups is selected from the Assessor type field.

Currently Assessor type field has value has user, and its readonly. How to change it? How its taking User by default.

it's readonly as it's a already created one, create a new one .

Always only the assessor of the specific assessments can edit/take those assessments, rest of the people can only view it.

If you want to take all the assessments, you can bulk select & reassign all the risk assessments. Steps to bulk reassign assessments;

• Go to ALL navigator -> In progress assessments
• Select the assessments to be reassigned -> Click on "Reassign"
• In the assessor field provide your user name

Can you let me know what is the use case in which you want to have assessor assigned but you will be taking all the assessments? This will help us to understand your use case better.
