How to create new question templates to use on Risk Assessment Designer?

Hi,

Does anyone know how I can create new question templates (screenshot) to use in the Risk Assessment Designer?

I would like to create a new template for "Likelihood" of risk, but could not find where to do it.

Any help is much appreciated, thanks everyone!!

It is not in properties, but in Assessments>Metric Definition>Templates. Try  asmt_template.list to get there.
