Hi All,
I have configured the following in the system.
- Created an Assessment Metric Type, with an associated Metric Category and Metrics
- Created a Flow in the Flow Designer to trigger an Assessment based on the above Assessment Metric Type
The Assessment is created successfully although it is empty! In more details the Metrics are not visible on the Assessment Instance.
Anyone who can assist on the above issue with any directions/suggestions?
Kind regards,
Dimitrios

check the response from the assessment engine, (run the same process through a background script/Xplore if required) i would suggest you are not passing in to the correct SOURCE record, and it is not being treated as an assessable record... check the record you are trying to assess, and then ensure it is available in the assessable records related list...
if not, the condition on the metric type and/or metric category probably doesn't allow the source record to be assessed, or the assessable records needs to be refreshed (OOTB BRs get created every time you create a new metric type to handle this)

Hi Phil,
Thanks for your answer.
I make sure that before I trigger the assessment the relevant assessable record has been created (visible on the Assessable Records related list on the Assessment Metric Type record).
Although, the assessment instance is empty. If I drill down from an assessment metric type to an assessment metric category there is also an "Assessable Record" related list which is empty. I would assume that this list should have been populated automatically inheriting the values from the metric type.
I tried manually adding the underlying assessable record to all categories and then trigger the assessment, but still the assessment instance is empty.
Thank you in advance for your answer.
Kind regards,
Dimitrios
