I've been doing some comparisons between the info available from the Platform UI and from the Risk Workspace and I found a gap - but I'm not sure it is really important in the real world. Would love to hear from customers and partners that are working with IRM in the real world on this.
Scenario: after an advanced risk assessment is complete, it is aggregated at the risk statement and the entity level. Users can see the roll-up in both UIs. But there is a difference on what I can quickly get to related to the details of the aggregate (i.e. the individual assessments and how they were answered).
Here is what I see - in the platform UI for a risk statement in the related lists section I can see a tab for the aggregation and for the individual risk assessments. I can then drill down into the risk assessments and see how they were answered. The scores of the risk assessment are on the related list view.
On the workspace there is only a tab for the aggregated assessments.
There is a list of the top risks for the risk statement on the Overview tab - and that shows the risk score. From there I can drill down into the risk and get to the assessment details.
Question: in the real world, is there a business reason why the risk team would want to look at the details of previous assessments quickly as they can from the platform UI? Or is that a rare use case and drilling down into the risk record meets the need when it arises?

Hi @Jan Spurlin ,
In my use case why the customers would need to check the previous Assessments is because:
1. To check the Imapct level.
2. which Risk falls under what grid to find the inherent risk identification.
3. If people are moving roles, the new person would need to check what has been done earlier.
