Hi All,
I need one help. In vdp portal, vendor contacts are unable to see the questions assigned to them by the assessment template.
Does anyone have any idea on why I am getting below error?
Issue: When clicking "Submit to vendor" in the Vendor Risk Assessment form (when creating a new assessment), the selected questionnaires by the assessment template is not being displayed to the vendor / vendor contact. However when I am manually adding the questionnaires to the form, it is showing up in vdp portal of the respective vendor contact correctly.
To give example: I created one new assessment by selecting vendor and template as 'Security x yz'. Automatically from the template, one questionnaire ('Security x yz ') is tagged to him. In VDp portal he is able to see the assessment but when opened no questionnaire is being showed up and threw an error as below:
But if I manually add any questionnaire (k) in the vendor risk assessment form it is showing up in vdp portal and the vendor contact is able to see the questions also as below:
Why this discrepancies? Any help/idea would be appreciated.
Warm Regards,
Madhurima

This is not normal. I have never seen this happen. I think there is something strange going on with your questionnaire template.
I am assuming that you don't have multiple vendors with the same contacts and same email. You can't manually create two contacts with the same email/user id - not sure if importing restricts this.
Here are a few things to try:
1. Create a new primary contact for the vendor. Log in as that person and see if it is functioning the same way.
2. Create a new questionnaire template. Attach it to an Assessment Template. And then assign it to the vendor.
3. Try assigning the Assessment Template in your example (the one that didn't work) to a different vendor and see if you get the same results.
Let us know what happens. You may have to submit an incident to get one-on-one help on this one.
