Hi @Alex Jeremias L ,
There is no OOTB way to Rebuild attestation Designer and it's not a good approach to even think on that direction.
If there is a demand from your customer, please try to push back and let them know that its defying the OOTB way of building the attestations and try to use the current one to match their requirements.

@Alex Jeremias L - I agree with @Community Alums on this one. The attestation Designer is a tool that is managed by the Platform business unit at ServiceNow. There are a TON of applications that use that designer. If you even try to customize it, then you will be jeopardizing other applications AND your upgrade path.
Please start a new post and explain what additional features they want in the designer. It is possible that there is a different want to accomplish this.
And by the way - you may not be using Attestations the way that ServiceNow intended them to be used. Here is a link to an old video that explains the difference between Control Attestations, Control Indicators and Control Tests. The concepts are ALL still relevant and may help you. https://www.servicenow.com/community/new-customers-policy-risk/video-tutorial-controls-attestations-indicators-and-control/ta-p/2314185

The Attestation or Metric Type can be redesigned meaning if there is a current set of questions, that form can be redesigned ( new questions or questions based on previous responses).
Changing the Attestation Designer, as stated by the others, push back.
It may be that you are looking at the wrong module for what the client wants.

Hi,
You can clone an attestation by visiting the Policy and Compliance --> Administration --> Attestation Type.
Open the OOB Attestation you have selected above. You will see "Copy" button in the RHS top of the screen. Using that you can create a new attestation templates.
You can modify by adding different type of questions in the questionnaire.
Please note that the reflecting the answers into making the control compliance/non-compliance is depending on the field "Is the control implemented?". Changing this is logic is not advisable. If you have to make changes to the logic, then it will be a customization.
(For an example, customer wants to another decision field also to be considered for the input of compliance, then we might need to customize it)
