Hi All,
I'm currently working with a compliance workspace where we have an 'Edit' button enabled for records in a list view. Upon selecting a record and clicking 'Edit', a popup appears displaying all the fields associated with that record.
I'm seeking guidance on where this configuration is set up and how I can limit the visibility of these fields in the edit popup without altering the existing workspace view. Specifically, I'd like to understand the following:
1. The configuration location for the edit popup form within the compliance workspace.
2. Methods to restrict field visibility in the popup that do not involve changes to the workspace view.
Any insights or directions on how to achieve this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your assistance!

Hi @Anil Karthik N ,
These Buttons are controlled by "List Actions".
You can navigate to Declarative actions> List actions
Look for "Edit" as label and it's a Global button so please ensure that if you make any changes, it's going to impact other workspaces too.
As these buttons are mostly same, so i had to change the name and check :
It's implemented as "UXF Client Action"
Finally you see:
