Hi All,
We are currently using the UCF integration to sync the Authority Documents, citations, and controls for Policy and Compliance. We recently added a new authority document to the shared list that is integrated with ServiceNow. In order to pull that new authority document into ServiceNow do we need to manually re-import that list into ServiceNow or is there a scheduled job that keeps it in sync?
Thanks
Joshua Anderson

As far as I understand, you need to download a UCF shared list manually.
