Vendor Risk Portal Page Error

We have recently installed the GRC: Vendor Risk Management application in our development instance.

I have created a test SIG Lite Assessment questionnaire request and sent it to the vendor.  I am able to log in successfully as the vendor, however, I am not able to access the page showing the Assessment requests.  I continue to get the 'Breakout 404' error page (and yes, I did set a new record).

Anyone know what I am missing here? Is there an additional plugin I need to activate in order to get the assessment page to get created on the vendor portal page?

Thanks in advance!

This issue was resolved based on our internal instances utilizing the 'User Criteria' option instead of Role assignments.  Once we created a 'User Criteria' and included the 'vendor_contact' role, it resolved the 404 issue.

Check the URL you're using when impersonating the vendor contact - make sure it ends with /vdp,  so it should look like  https://<instance>.service-now.com/vdp

Yes... it does have the /vdp. I have no problem getting to the URL and authenticating as the vendor, but once I am into the page, I am getting the 404 error.

We are currently upgrading our Dev instance to Kingston, so I will try to attach a screenshot once the upgrade is complete.

What roles does your vendor contact have?  The should have snc_external and vendor_contact roles.

I've seen that 404 page before but it has been when I've impersonated the vendor contact and they're trying to access the native UI, rather than the portal.  Do you have any Login rules that could be conflicting?

How do you assign roles to vendor contacts?
