CSA Voucher Discount Not Applied After Completing “Welcome to ServiceNow” Course

Hello Community Team,

I have successfully completed the Welcome to ServiceNow course and the ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals On Demand (Xanadu) course.

Upon completion a CSA exam voucher discount should be applied with a fee of USD 150 instead of USD 300.

However, when I proceed to schedule the Certified System Administrator (CSA) exam, the system is still showing the full payment amount of USD 300 and the discount is not reflected.

Could anyone please guide me on whether any additional steps are required to apply the voucher discount.

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Hi @VamsiK144833510,

could you possibly describe how are you trying to get that discount?

After November 2025, the vouchers don't exist anymore as there was a transition of exam platform provider - from Webassessor to Pearson VUE.

Registering and scheduling an exam nowadays is made at My Exams directly at the University:

https://learning.servicenow.com/now/lxp/my-exams

There you will see the actual price, as you said it was 300 USD, be informed it's a value without taxes, so it will add up to approx. 340-360 USD depending on your tax domicile...

As far as I know, opportunities to get discount was very limited and I don't think it was achievable by a voucher, rather it could have been a promo code perhaps?

Please share how do you want to get that discount, why do you think there was a discount, do you have any more details on it??
