There is no data in the field, but it is showing the asterisk in gray color

Hello All

 

We have 2 fields, Which have UI Policy to make them mandatory, but when we see the form one field have red Asterisk and other field in gray Asterisk, but there is no any data in that multiline text, but when we are submitting the form, it is showing as that field is mandatory.

 

 

Kindly let me know any suggestion. (Screenshot attached)

This issue is happening in the Service Operation Workspace. In the normal form view it is working properly. We have created an separate UI Policies for those fields in the SOW.

The issue is in the Service Operation Workspace. I don't seen any CSS on this field.
