Hi All,
I have to assign 14000 keyboard and Mouse to individual user for tracking purpose. Is there any way or loader to do the same.
All this users are from different location and country.

You can right click on the top of the alm_consumable table and click on import. A new page for importing data will appear. Click on create excel template button. Download that template and fill the data in your required fields. The excel also has 'State' field with a dropdown where you can select the state as Consumed. After you fill the data, upload on the same page to load the data.

You can try loading those by specifying model category, model, quantity, assigned to, location and State. Note that the State should be populated as Consumed when you are assigning to users. Make sure to split those 14000 into appropriate quantities based on the 'Model' and 'Assigned to' user.
Also if any of these are not actually used by the users yet, it is recommended to populate those with State=in stock and then specify the 'Stockroom' (instead of assigning to users which is incorrect for any device kept in stock). Stockrooms should ideally have managers who will be responsible for tracking.
