Best study guide for the CIS-HAM exam

I am looking to take the CIS-HAM exam, what study guide did you find most helpful?

the best option to study for any ServiceNow exams is to go to SN University, take courses there - implementer/simulator, fundamentals, essentials and eBook provided with your inkling account upon that class. You can repeat them a couple of times.

I would discourage you from searching dumps online or using unofficial materials, these are copied from only god knows where and there are many mistakes or misinterpreted questions. If you fail (it can happen to anyone), who is to blame? You for not studying from official materials or a random guy on internet who copied questions to some random page.... :))

Also, studying the official materials will maximise the knowledge that you will remember after taking it.

 the best studie material is the one provided through ServiceNow university. so keep to the official material which is enough.
