My customer is asking which data is transferred when opting-in to the content service. Is it just the combination of Manufacturer, Name and Model number? Or anything else?

Meanwhile I found out.
Hardware and Consumable Models with a status of "Match not found", "Manufacturer Normalized", "Partially Normalized" or "Manually Normalized" will be transferred.
Details transferred: Name, Manufacturer, Model number, Short description, Model category, Status, Normalized name, Normalized manufacturer, Normalized model number, Device type, Normalized status, Normalization rule.
In addition all Custom Product Models are transferred (Name, Manufacturer, Model number, Device type, Product).
Finally, all Hardware and Consumable Lifecycles which are not created by ServiceNow with a lifecycle type != internal are transferred.
Details transferred: Lifecycle type, Lifecycle phase, Source, Phase start date, Phase end date, Risk, Normalized name, Normalized manufacturer, Normalized model number, Device type.
After Opt-In you can decide to exclude individually one or more of the following from transfer:
- Hardware Models
- Consumable Models
- Custom Product Models
- Hardware Lifecycles
- Consumable Lifecycles

Do you know how long does it take for ServiceNow to act and fix the models with statuses - "Match not found", "Manufacturer Normalized", "Partially Normalized" or "Manually Normalized"? Thanks
