HI Everyone,

I am facing issue like 

 

when I am testing the flow in flow designer its working fine and I am able to see the flow execution, My flow triggering point is service catalog.

But when I request catalog item my flow is not getting trigger. I am not able to see the flow execution as well 

 

Please suggest me the proper way of Answer.

Did you add the flow on the catalog item?

Hi @Elijah Aromola  yes I have added the flow in catalog item.

and I got the answer also,

it was happening because of flow property. I have set it to Run as Sys_User then its working properly as expected.
