HAM Guided setup not working for Hardware Content Download

Hello Team
                    I am trying to configure HAM Guided setup ,While configuring the normalization section ,the first task was hardware content download and executing the job Download Hardware Content: Manufacturer in the list .I was the below error .

My solution is to go to System Definition > Scheduled Jobs 

Make the search nameSTARTSWITHDownload Hardware Content:

Then go into each one, and Execute Now. 

You can also use the list to be able to see if the jobs are active... this is useful because if they are inactive they won't show in the HAM Guided Setup Normalization.
