Good day,
I successfully installed HAM professional plugin on my organisation Dev instance including Hardware Asset Workspace. Although installation was successful when I go to Application Navigator the Hardware Asset module does not appear. All required plugin and app dependencies have been installed and are in latest versions.
Please advise on what I could be missing.
Regards,
Mvakazi

Maybe an open door, but did you log out and back in again? It introduces a lot of new stuff and ServiceNow is a caching nightmare.
Please mark any helpful or correct solutions as such. That helps others find their solutions.

Hi @Mvakazi ,
After Hardware Asset Plugin Installed, In the application navigator you can able to see the Asset Module(which is for HAM ).
If it is not showing, Try with the below steps.
Step 1: Navigate to All > System Definition > Application Menus.
check for asset, make Active as True.
Step 2: Check whether you have the ham_admin role.
Step 3: Verify whether you are in Global scope.
Step 4: clear the instance cache.
If this works.., please mark it as helpful and please Accept My Solution..
Best Regards

Hi @Mvakazi ,
Check whether HAM related tables are installed or not and try to repair the plugin, if the issue still exists, you may create a case in ServiceNow.
