HAM SNU course is not getting completed.

I have completed labs and learning topics of the on-demand "Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Fundamentals (Zurich)" course. Still, its completion status showing as 89%. I have to make it 100% to obtain the CIS-HAM voucher. PFA screenshot.

So, could you please help me to understand what is pending to make it 100%?

I've found that sometimes the completion of a lesson doesn't update as it should so I'd expand all of the topics and double check that each of the lessons within every topic show a tick in a green circle next to them. If they do, you're best bet is to raise a support case so that the issue an be looked in to.
