You see hardware model lifecycle in HAM Pro on the hardware model and via the Content lookup portal, and it’s populated automatically from the ITAM Content Library once the model is fully normalized.
You will find the the data either by
- Hardware Model record
- Lifecycle type / phase / dates / risk in the Hardware model life cycles related list
- Dashboards / Reports
- Hardware Asset Dashboard shows models reaching End of Sale / End of Support / End of Life using those lifecycle dates
The Content lookup portal app lets you browse the Content Library itself. Searching by hardware product, model, or manufacturer, selecting the relevant record, and switching to the Hardware Lifecycles tab to view lifecycle definitions imported from the Content Service.
