Hardware Model Normalization

The normalization status of all the Hardware Models of my Instance is either "Match not Found" or "Manufacturer Normalized". No models have the Normalization Status "Normalized" even if the models are present in the Normalized models list. Even after running the Hardware Normalization Scheduled Job, the status remains the same. 

Could anyone please tell how to fix that?

I would be curious to see if your content library is populated. There is some setup behind this and the normalization is fed through this content. Here is a link to help point you in that direction as well

 

If you do have this setup, I would take a look at your model numbers and if there's a match to the library.

@codyjankowsis Correct. Please check if your Company has subscribed to Content Services setup. By opting in to this content service, your data is securely shared with ServiceNow to build the content service repository and normalization mappings for those models that are not automatically normalized.
